Email address changed, but still receiving service emails to the old address

Hi all,

As the subject says, some time ago I changed the email address on My O2 to my new one. When I log in, I now use the new email address as my login username. However, today I found I'm still getting O2 service emails (this one was about the change in Pay Monthly user agreements) to my old email address.

I've scoured My O2 and I can't find any mention of the old email address, only the new one. How can I resolve this?

Thanks,

Andrew

You need to call customer service.

OK, thanks. I was hoping there was a way of doing it online since it's much easier for me that way than making a phonecall, but I guess that may be my only choice!
