Disney+ says my subscrition has ended

I redeemed the code for Disney+ through the o2 Extra email and it worked for 1 month. I should have a 6 month subscription with my o2 Extra.

 

I went to log in to disney+ this moring but came to a message saying my subscription has ended.

 

loged into My o2. The only option i have now is to add Disney+ to my plan for £5.99

 

How do go about getting the other 5 months as part of the o2 Extra plan as advertised?

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
