Hi,
I have Disney+ as an extra at £7.99/month but there is an offer to get £2 off.
When I clicked through to get the offer I got the text messages but then get an "Oops there's been a problem..." error when I try to activate it.
Is this because I already have D+ as an extra and if so, what do I have to do to activate the offer?

You will need to cancel your current subscription and take out a new one via My O2
Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras
You will be able to use your O2 log-in to re-register
Best option is to call customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
