Hi

My WiFi hotspot Device and sim were meant to be delivered today, but wasn’t. When I go to “My Orders” it states “complete”. Where can I track the delivery?

Hi @Deliver 

You can track your order by logging into your My O2 app- select Manage your account- Other services- Track my order.

I cannot track my item on Royal Mail with the track number provided. Order status says complete but I have not yet received delivery. Please advise. Please do not send me the URL to track my order as this is the process I am following
