I have 2 operational O2 sims.
If I have excess data allowance available on one sim, is there any way I can give some to my other sim ?

Sharing tariffs were discontinued some time ago

Unfortunately you cannot gift data to anyone now

The only way is by tethering to your phone

I would love to be able to do that @jrmsco but it is not something that exists any longer. I am sure our kids begrudge myself and my wife for the fact we don't use up all our data and they cannot take our excess 🤣🤣
