I lost my phone the other week so I blocked my phone just to be on the safe side then I found it in the house so I unblocked it and now my 4g doesn’t work and it also saying I have 120gig left to use can I get any help to unblock this at all?

When unblocked it they also sent me out a new sim but my mobile data still don’t work

Sounds like they didn't completely unblock it.

Call O2 again to check. 

The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005
