Subject: Re: Phone bill is currently overdue (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)

Dear Sir/Madam

I have spoken on the phone at length with O2 today who have finally explained that the outstanding charge was for line rental on a tablet I bought from O2.

I wish to cancel account xxxxxxxxxx

immediately to prevent further debt accruing.

I would also like to kindly request that the outstanding amount of £16 be waived, as I strongly feel that the onus was on O2 to explain how the debt was being built up and how it could have been avoided.

Yours faithfully

Mrs Yvonne Bird

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217 )

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
