couple of days ago I spoke to one of your colleague on phone and have asked to cancel my o2 account as I have never used and I have been paying over the term and it is coming to end of this month 25th September 2023, and I don’t want to renew, an want to cancel my account an stop the sim, which was not even working on my phone. I only took this mobile sim as I had package deal with virgin media, and yet I paid for something not in use. You can check on your system for (REMOVED), you will see that I have never used to make call or get any incoming call. I was told by your Colleague that, it has now been closed as requested.. I want to know if this is already closed, can you confirm this by email:- sureshp56.sp**Personal info** Account number (REMOVED) mobile number (REMOVED). Thank you!

@Sureshp_P56 This is a customer to customer community, not O2. We have no access to anyone else's account. No one will call you.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
