We cannot access individual accounts within the community I would recommend going back to point of sale for example phone, online or instore and they will be able to help you the invoice number.

Go to your recent orders in your MyO2 and print the order as a pdf which will save yo your phone or PC.
You can then attach it electronically to your claim.
