days earlier and make that our new monthly top up date. The automatic assistant does not understand this query. The phone number 4445 only has an answer voice which also does not understand the query. there does not seem to be a way of speaking to a real person who does understand. Has anyone had any experience of changing their top up date to an earlier monthly date? I do not want to top up only to find it does not work after three days.

When calling 4445 just say "speak to someone" and you will be put through to someone, or just top up earlier and the money will be taken out on the anniversary date..
