I have recently changed ISPs and previously used my ISPs email service. After changing my ISP I went into myO2 and successfully changed my email, which is also used to login to the O2 systems. I did this a couple on over 3 months ago but all my email from O2 such as my monthly bill is still going to my old email. I have just signed my next 12 month contract and again the details have been sent to the old address.
How do I get O2 to send any emails to the correct address as phone contact is currently for emergency only and there seems no way to message or email O2?
