I’ve got my old email on this account for god knows how long and I’m about to order a new phone and I can’t access my old one and I want to update it to my new one but can’t find where to do this

If you can't access your old email, the only option is to call customer service Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

0800 587 4005 is the best one to try.
