Hi how do I change the date of my direct debit? I want it to come out 1st of the month?

Either in your MyO2 if available or by calling the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Either by phoning 202 or looking in MyO2 under Other Services > Manage Cards for Payment

Depending on your current payment date, you may have to pay twice in the first month.
