Cant make calls on new phone

Please can you tell me why I cant make calls on my new phone as I have swapped my sim card

@Kp2 Did you do a sim swap online? https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/SIM-Swap-a-mini-guide/ba-p/1060675

If you haven't done that yet, your old sim will still work in your new phone if it's the same size.

If you did do a sim swap and it hasn't worked, you'll need to contact customer service to activate the new sim for you.
