@Cpasq - the app can be a bit odd at times. If you can login via https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin in a browser, then uninstall the app, reboot phone, and reinstall and try again.

Not all functionality is available in the app lately, needing you to use the browser version for certain tasks. Good luck!
