I can't get my02 app or site to link my phone number. I register but it just says that I have no o2 products even though I'm on an.o2 phone. I gave up with the app ad it just keeps throwing me out. I just want to view my bills etc., I've been trying for months but the support turn around takes ages but they don't offer any solutions. Never had this trouble with Vodafone, their stuff just worked.
