Hi I’m aware my phones been switched off but how can I pay bill if I’m unable to received texts etc to get into my o2 app

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am

Hi @C9211 - in addition to the Skype route to get in touch with O2 as given by @Bambino, your MyO2 App should not be asking to send you a text just to pay off your balance.

Besides, you can always access your MyO2 account online from any computer and browser, the link is in here: https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin

The only 2 things that require to send you a text are the (enforced) password change that O2 put up sometime back in early May or late April, after a protracted outage, and if you want/try to access your personal details on MyO2 (account name, address, bank details).

Bill payment is always possible - and @Bambino's advice will let you do that over the phone if you are having difficulty doing it online. Good luck.
