Hi it’s been more than 48 hours and it still won’t let me log into my o2 app what do I do

Can you login via a browser, @Kerryann19 - https://accounts.o2.co.uk ?
If so, uninstall and reinstall the app, see if that helps. Otherwise if neither app nor browser works for you, it's a call to O2 via 202 or via Social Media, as per the link just below. Good luck.
