When I try to login in to my 02 app it's saying 02 isn't available to me yet if I'm.new may take upto 48 hours. But iv been with 02 for years now

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) or 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG).

This could be a side-effect of your account being moved to the new O2 Billing System, 360, as per this post: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Welcome-News/O2-System-Updates-360/m-p/1598402/highlight/true#M39424
Usually, access to the account is restored the following day, via Web https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin or on the App (it will look a little different, be warned!), @Seanyyy.
