Morning! How do I claim my Airtime Reward? O2 tell me I have a credit note waiting but Im not sure how to access it!

Diolch Enlli. Ive viewed my latest bill, but theres no sign of the See Adjustments caption there. Will try again later or try a Live Chat with O2. Diolch am ateb!

You redeem the credit on the Airtime app, and then (as long as your phone number is in your account with them) it just appears on your bill @SMO 

You shouldn't have to redeem anything with o2...
