Hi All, I still see this as an issue, no obvious way to add multiple monthly contracts to myo2 account. Very annoying I dont wish to have dummy/multiple email accounts.

@Robbie06

It's all changed now anyway.

Login to My O2 with your main account

From the My O2 drop-down menu select 'Manage your details'

Your delegates

Add Delegate

Enter details and add Delegate for the other account

You will then get an email to your associated email account, follow the link in this email.

Read the details and accept.

Enter information and submit.

Both accounts should then show on your original login.

@Robbie06

O2 have randomly added old O2 email addresses during the system changeover.

O2 can either change this for you to a new unused one or give you access using the old email, but you'll need to get customer services to do that.

You'd be best advised to message them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
