Hi guys, I hope you're having a good day today!

As you may know, we've been doing some work in the background to improve the community forum and continue doing that in 2018. One of the areas we will be looking at is the Search page of the community.

Since you guys as community members are using the search the most, we'd like to ask what you think of the current forum Search, and if there's anything that you would improve?

We're especially looking for your opinions on how to improve the search results page.

Looking forward to your thoughts. slight_smile

Feedback Thanks!

Here's a perfect example of why I use Google to search rather than the Communiy search facility. While reading latest topics this morning, I recognised a similar post by the same member. Wanted to copy the link for the first post into the latest so did a search for it. Using O2 search resulted in a nil result. Using Google search brought up both posts, the one posted yesterday and the original post at the beginning of May.

I rest my case 👌

Exactly @Glory1. Totally agree with you.

However, I find the easiest way to do a search on a post by a member, is to click on the members name and search their posts via that route. If they are new, or post rarely, you might be more successful with your search. That's just my tip and in no way negates anything you have said about the forum search engine. wink
