What are O2 like for matching deals/existing customer deals? I am switching my wife's contract from Three and would ideally put her on O2. She wants the Galaxy S10e but found it cheaper on other sites.

O2 wont pricematch. Your best option for a small reduction is to ring customer services and tell them you are thinking of leaving.

Even that will rarely get a better deal than the one you see posted on other sites.

My advice would be to go with the best price and tariff to suit your needs. Just be careful if you get from another outlet that there will be no Refresh and have a look at the length of the contract. Some are for three year deals and that's a long time in which tech will advance in smart phones.
