I have not used my phone yet, I have got a pay and go sim. I have tried to top it up on line three times now and it will not top up, it just keeps coming up with broken please try again later. it is starting to do my head in now, can someone sort this out before i throw this god dam lap top in the f...... bin thank you for your time.

Your best option when topping up for the first time is to get a voucher or use an online banking app. After the initial top up you shouldn't have furthe problems. A few have reported this problem.

@jonise it works fine for me when I top up my hone using the we top -up hope the op gets sorted slight_smile

Use a top voucher. You can get these in most shops that allow you to buy top ups
