Dual validation awaiting a code to my phone for ages not coming should not be necessary and is just a pain when merely wanting to view y bill. I don't care if others hack in to view my bill. Maybe the code is necessary if I was making or receiving a payment or updating anything, but NOT just for viewing. Please pass this comment to a real person in your IT dept.

Have you tried on mobile data, ie turn off wifi?
