i am absolutly discusted with O2 customer service . have spent the last 3 days trying to change the colour of new ipone ive purchased, every one of those 3 days i have spent anything from an hour to an hour and a half on the phone pleading to speak to a superviser twice i have been told one will call me back in the next 24 hours , no call . today my phone has arrived, and guess what , its the wrong colour....now ive been on the phone for the last 35 mins trying to cancal my contract . im off to vodefone.......

You can't change an order once placed. You have to cancel and re-order I'm afraid.

With o2 you can't amend an order. The phone has to be either accepted and received or delivery refused. Once the phone has been received by O2 you can order the colour you want. Good luck with Vodafone

Spray paint it.
Or put it in a case that covers the colour completely.
