the lack of help by the ppl that are supposed to help

is it just me that pushed from pillar to post gets fobbed off.over the last few months i have been complaining about the service i am getting.and even though going through the proper channels. the lack of in formation, no information, ppl not ringing you back. is there any body else experiencing these problems. or may be its just me they dont like 😞

Or perhaps you should consider a bit more the phone you are buying, many people still buy 2G phones.

ok so i didn't realise id bought a 2g phone put surly tec support, customer service , and customer complaints should have.should have picked up on the fact my internet was slow or not usable .instead of blaming the house i live in or blaming a certain phone store for miss selling me a contract, or faulty sim cards.at last an apology from them.

No offence intended but see my earlier post about the importance of being clear and making sense.
There is a huge wealth of knowledge here which can help you, but if you make cryptic and unclear posts then you'll get wrong answers.

I have sent off numerous complaints via email to o2. As of yet, I have yet to receive a reply or an apology. In fact, I haven't even received an acknowledgment apart from the standard auto-response. I would like to think that my communication was clear-cut and simple to understand. Even so, this has not aided me.
Obviously there are just some companies who really don't care about their social roles... It's all money money money...

. sorry its a bit hard trying to explain on here. and trying not to upset 02. as im stuck with them for the next 6 months. plus a form of dyslexia doesnt help either. all the emails and letters were wrote by my wife except wat it wrote on here
