terrible o2 experience

I am a memeber of david lloyd gym which means i can only get internet by using an o2 account. I joined but when i try to log in it tells me my membership number does not match my last name and puts me in a loop. when i go to o2 help, there is no way to contact them, the live chat needs an o2 number there are no easily found ways to actually email or talk to 02. David lloyd say there is nothing they can do as I need to talk with o2 but o2 have no way of contacting them
any help would be appreciated

Not sure what this would fall under and those numbers are from an o2 number.

O2 wifi is free to anyone. All you need is any mobile number to log in.

I'm a little confused. You joined this gym and want to use their internet facility, which you say you need to have an O2 account for, but you say you don't have an O2 number, so clearly you don't have an O2 account. As said, you don't need an O2 number to access O2's WiFi. You really need to speak to O2 customer service.
