I have just joined O2 with my husband on one account.  I have just received an email saying I have super chooser rights.  I have clicked the link and nothing happens.  Does anyone please know how to separate accounts with superchooser rights

Lucky you finding that...even though as @Bambino says, it's 4 years old. My search on here failed to turn up anything. (which doesn't surprise me as I find the search facility on here worse than useless)
