I have just joined O2 with my husband on one account.  I have just received an email saying I have super chooser rights.  I have clicked the link and nothing happens.  Does anyone please know how to separate accounts with superchooser rights

Strange. Never heard the phrase before today, and even stranger that it was mentioned four years ago and then never again.

I've checked all my emails for my linked accounts and there's no mention of it in any of them either......

That looks like it should just be directing you to your latest bill but I don't know why the shop link is there - it's almost as if you've been sent a 5 year old email !

Yeah very weird, that page was last updated in 2012 looking at the copywrite info on the page.
