signal problems all day

Not been able to send or receive calls or txt since this morning. Not my phone as hubby with tesco and having same problem. Live in south lanarkshire scotland.

maybe a mast was down or they were doing some 3g work in your area

You've given me a rebate for the last time the signal went down but today I again have no signal. Please sort it out & keep sending the rebates. Mast is fine according to your site but that's what it said last time, too How long will it take this time?

As this is related to your account you will need to contact customer service directly. This is essentially a customer to customer forum with little input from any official O2 staff.

They won't keep sending out rebates just because you want one. They may offer you a goodwill gesture of some kind usually credit back on your account or a limited amount of free minutes or texts
