O2 has got to be one of the worst mobile services I have ever had the misfortune to use. I have been trying to change (update) my payment card and there is nowhere to do this, online or by phone, the only way to do this is by spending more money with O2. When you speak to somebody, their spoken English language is appalling. All O2 are interested in is taking our money. Sadly I am stuck with O2 come what may and they, O2, don’t give a dame all they are interested in is making money. And Ive been with them over 20 years! Stupid me!!

@Sammy63 Have you tried updating your payment card on your MyO2 page?
