replacement handset broken

ive been with o2 for years and have a contract phone and data with u.my handset broke in may and as ive taken out insurance u sent me a replacement in may2016.on the morning of 24th july i went to my phone and noticed no screen was displaying.ive phoned up and been in 02stores and been told i will recieve a email to prove phone still under warranty but still not recieved nothing.im sick of you not doing nothing to resolve this problem.insurance say its under warranty so i dont claim off it but im stuck with a phone i cant use and still have to pay for it.HELP PLEASE cause im at end of my tether being passed from pillar to post
