"All our systems are down..."....STILL????

My phone has been barred, even though I have paid (and have the transaction confirmation) yet whenever I get through to customer "service" (now only possibe for me via a landline) I get the same response:

"All our systems are down, please call back tomorrow".

This has been going on for 5 days now.

What the hell is going on?

Systems have been up and down but there is a data capture tool everyone has access to if it is regarding bars/PAC codes etc.

Yesterday no one used the new system and all reverted to an old system which meant they could do anything bar leave notes and read notes on the account. Upgrades/retentions still seemed to be taking system down calls though :womanindifferent:

Like already said, it is a case of keep trying and it's not a case of 'systems are down we can't help' they can help to an extent.

I got through fine about 15mins ago, no problems at all...
