With Sky and O2 passing the buck, it's a vicious circle.....the customer suffers whilst the people who could give access sit back without a care.

same here webmail down and promised it would be fixed by this evening 😞 O2 you need to contact us and say why! We are paying you for a service and if you value our custom please get back in touch

monday 23rd november all day and today 24th no access,
contacted Sky, not helpful.
they say o2 was switched off 2 years ago.
but they emailed me today to confirm changed monthly debit
O2 webmail account came on for 15-20minutes around 11.00 am (very slow)
,then gone again
