problem sending a text message

hi, can anyone help?

I've got a Samsung Galaxy AceII and I'm trying to send a text message.

For some reason the message says 'sent' on my phone but is not being received. the number is correct as when I call it I get through. The person can text me but again if I reply it doesn't got through. I've even tried deleting the number and re-inputting it but it still won't work. It only seems to be this one number that has a problem as other texts I send go though. Any ideas on whats going wrong?

Check in message settings and make sure the number you are trying to text isn't in your reject/blocked list.

Sorry to interject as I have no idea how to resolve your problem, I just wanted to ask one question...

How on earth do you remember the spelling of your username??

good question!  system wouldnt accept my chosen password so I got annoyed, hit the keyboard and it went through.  Voila - one iffy password! (if you know how I can change it, please let me know)x
