Extending Ringing out time

Hello,

I have a personal account with 02, but this is for a work related issue (also 02). 

Is it possible to set the ringing out time of a phone to longer before voicemail automatically kicks in and if so how would you go about doing this? Currently about 20 seconds, people in th eoffice / site suggested adding another 10 second on where possible.
