have you ever thought- that if O2 had the handsets----- why in the world would they not give it to you?

Apple maufacturers suddenly stopped making the handset and they were uncertain as to when they would get some.

you bout a handset made from apple- not O2 and they get shippments from apple - not O2 so instead of looking for compensation... why don't you explore the fact that these people are still attempting to make everyone happy.

the best compo you'll get is a excess refund and even then you're making this much noise over a phone that broke anyway/or you lost/ or was stolen and you got a replacement.... is it all worth it. Its not even principal... you're all quite ungrateful - some people dont even have the chance to afford a mobile let alone get a replacement.

I hope O2 gives u compensation.... of your £25 excess and have the initative cancel your policy with it.

(rolling my eyes sighing)

Hmmm it is principal when they sold something advertising is as guranteed new for old.

you're all quite ungrateful - some people dont even have the chance to afford a mobile let alone get a replacement

Don't see how this is relevant

RonaldMacdonald;

I am not a big fan of O2 - but the other day when i called to get an update- they could'nt give me one because they had no clue- they have not been kept in the know.

Further more- so many people having been making unnessary complaints due and how are you expecting them to correspond to us all on time if there so many of us writing to them?

Taking them to court means that you clearly do not know the law- a big coperate company like O2 - yeah they may give you a little bit of money if you win the case- not putting them in any disadvantage- they still have customers and are rolling in the figures -need you check stats. And if you dont win- court fees will need to be payed by yourself.

seriously ronald- i cant take your name seriously and your comments follow. sorry but its true.

Yes this is my username. It matters not what individuals think - only what they do - o2 are in a precarious situation, after all, it was only 2 weeks agao that they removed the new for old statement from the website - how many people purchased on this premise?

... why don't you explore the fact that these people are still attempting to make everyone happy.

That word fact- is that the same as the key fact document that o2 think is ok to ignore, they are making a poor effort in making everyone happy

the best compo you'll get is a excess refund

not necessarily so - if one looks to claim damages by way of costs incurred as a result of being deprived of entitlement under this policy

you're all quite ungrateful - some people dont even have the chance to afford a mobile let alone get a replacement.

cant see the relevance of this.
