Hi can anyone give me a contact for the credit checking team, o2 are asking for a 300 pound deposit for a 22 pound a month contract, i passed the credit check with vodafone and signed up yesterday for 25 pounds a month, i can cancel it if o2 give me a contract without the deposit.... if a moderator could get in touch it would be great, thanks

Credit scores don't mean a thing, they are an invention of the credit ratings agencies.
You can easily be refused by one company and accepted by another, more on this here:

Each company offering credit will have their own internal systems and will judge each application separately.

oh i know about credit scores but i am low risk because i dont owe alot of money to anyone, there is a default on both credit files but o2 must be just stricter than vodafone
