Just been informed that I am on a 24 month contract when I specifically stated when I upgraded over the phone to o2 that the maximum contract length I ever have was 18 months I feel really let down by o2 and now they are refusing to rectify this please can you give me the address of the ombudsman I'm sure they will sort this out and I will never use o2 again or recommend to anybody as I have a contract with vodafone who are 10 times the company o2 are and rectify problems really swiftly
Thanks

you need to follow the full complaints procedure before the ombudsman will act info here http://service.o2.co.uk/IQ/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=Companion,question=ref(User):str(Mobile),C...
What did the paperwork that came with the sim / phone say.
Which phone did you upgrade to etc

so when did you last upgrade and do you use my o2?

Everyone gets the same deals whether you are a new or existing customer. There are no loyalty perks anymore. It's a fair deal policy they brought in

I last upgraded a year ago and I haven't been able to access my o2 until recently
