o2 Rewards - fleeting freebie

I've seen similar posts but I got the text about o2 rewards & went onto my priorities app - lo and behold there was a choice of a free medium pizza, £5 Argos voucher and the third one I forget, all under the heading of o2 anniversary (apparently I've been with o2 for 4 years). Now I didn't want to cash in on my free pizza immediately so I pressed back (should have pressed home!!) however this offer has now disappeared. I've looked in "me" within the app but it's not there. Any advice on how to get this back?! Thanks.

How long ago was it you got the text? The offers expire after 30 days.

It was the 23rd. The same day I looked at the o2 priorities app. I've just checked again and there's still nothing there at "My Offers". Do you have any other ideas? Thanks.

I don't understand why this is marked as solved when it most certainly has not been. Not disputing MI5's attempt to assist at all but I'm unlikely to get any more help on this with the current situation.

That was my feeling too Jonsie. It's happened on a couple of my threads though so maybe it's me!

 

I found the reward in question though. It was hiding in the app under "exclusive" rather than being in my offers, just in case any one else has a similar issue.
