I Just had a notification on my HTC One m8 saying I had won a Limited Edition X-Box one. I Remembered entering the draw a few weeks ago so I excitedly went to my o2 priority app.... which tell me I have not won squat

What ?! Whats going on ?

Why would o2 be so cruel to me !!

Oh my god....What an almighty mess....What now.... one can only wonder.?

By the way ...when Hoover made a similar mistake with 2 free flights to Florida way back....I stuck to my guns...and got 4 free flights....

It was a long process but I got them....
