i live in whitworth had have always had perfect signal past two days ive had none. this is ridiculous !!!!!!!!!!

First point of contact would be o2 customer service

Either on the phone (landline as you have no mobile signal) or via the email contact us section on the o2 home page.

O2 do not post here it is just customer to customer with a few staff posting as customers.

Are you able to try your sim in another O2 phone to ascertain if the problem is phone or sim related?

yep i found an old o2 sim card i used to use and that didnt work either. i dont understand why becuase ive lived in the house am in for five months and had perfect signal, now am just having to stick my hand out the hand just to get a bit of signal to recieve a text or send one.

I doubt its your phone or sim, all you can do is report it and ask if its been reported before and if so what the problem is :slight_smile:
