Really annoyed with o2 ... Why was no-one informed ? I rely on my mobile for my job ... Will be considering changing providers, and so will the rest of my family ! We deserve some sort of compensation.... Pull yr fingers out o2 .... You're gonna lose 100's of customers over this **bleep**-up !

Hi - same issue as everyone else. No signal since about 3pm. Still down after 10pm. I understand that problems happen but some info would be helpful. Question - if O2 do think about compensation how will they know who was affected since there seems to be no pattern to who is being affected.
