Anyone experiencing problems tonight? I am in the Weston-super-Mare #### area and lost my signal about 4 hours ago. Anyone else with problems?

If I were you I would try to phone O2 via normal customer services, then insist to be put through to 'Service Operations' - I was told yesterday by O2 that these individuals could run a trace to try and identify the problem.
Patently Wembley is affected - it is NOT just problems with individual handsets as at least 3 or 4 O2 users, all O2 users, using a variety of handsets, are being affected.
I think if you could bear to call Service Operations again, it would help to point out that there really is a problem with multiple users in the HA9 area.
Are you close to Wembley Park Tube station.

Service Ops (the team that raises a fault case for you) cannot run traces, they would normally pass a fault to another team to deal, these are more specialist people when it comes to dealing with faults and they can do this.

All I would ask users who post issues on this post is that, should you have an issue with service contact your customer care team, once they run through some simple checks with you (these are to ascertain if this is indeed a network issue and not a phone/sim issue) they then pass you to the team who will carry out further checks with you and get a fault report raised for you and should result in a faster resolution time for you.

Whenever I call O2 regarding network problems at my area, they will say that there is nothing wrong with the service at my area. They rarely will admit that there is something wrong with the system.

Hi everyone,

Whilst a lot of negatives are said about o2 and all the other networks for whatever reason, i just want to say i personally love being an o2 customer, the customer services guys and girls are lovely people, and ive always been so well looked after, not like my experiences with the awful vodafone and the no network orange. Well done o2, i like being your customer......................

Hi i got an O2 Mantle been workin fine this last 3 days on O2, but now i have no network, checked everything, and nothing 😞 put a T-mobile sim in it works fine, is the network down in the Dudley area?

I seem to be having problems getting a network here in Brighton.
crossing my fingers and hoping it will resolve itself sooner or later!

EDIT - ok, i fixed this by turning it off and on again!

Is there an issue with the network in London today? I've had no signal since I left home this morning. The signal went in West London and has only come back for seconds at a time where I work in Central London.

Is it the network or an iphone issue?
