I've spoken to Customer Service this morning (to confirm the outage) - there's been an item on their noticeboard about an outage since 6am.
I've requested that they consider doing a 'current network status' link from the home page at o2.co.uk to make customers' lives a little easier..

working in belfast. It was down this morning when I tried it. This has been happening A LOT recently, over the past month. Anyone have any ideas why??

I can't get onto the shop pages on the main site either, from my work PC. Which is a right PITA considering I am now trying to upgrade :womanindifferent:

Pay monthly, London area, not been able to get onto the data connection all morning but it was fine yesterday. O2 need to sort this out as I'm thinking very hard about terminating due to the issues I have had since signing a new contract with them.
