Last year i went to spain for a month to see my family. The hotel i stayed in for some reason didn't have wifi. So i phoned o2 to set up a tethering bolt on for when im away. And o2 said that i would have to pay the £15 for the bolt on with the 500mb usage or what ever it is. But told me i wouldn't be able to use the 500mb in spain that it was only made for the uk. So i had to pay £15 and pay for the 500mb i wouldn't be able to use. And pay again for the what i used in spain how is this right? Forcing me to pay for something i couldn't use just to be able to tether. The fact that o2 didn't have either a bolt on for europe or just a fee to turn the tether on is disgusting. The thing that really #### is then they have the cheek to say i cant use it through other means such as an app through cydia. At the end of the day its my phone and im happy to pay the usage fees its not like im stealing anything because i bought my 16gb iphone 4 from orange on payg for £499. (and later realised payg sucks as i havent had payg since i was like 13) After about a month of buying the phone payed £15 to unlock the phone and got a sim only plan from o2 as orange wouldn't give me one. So the point is its my phone i bought it so its up to me if i want to tether it and if o2 isnt willing to sort there tethering problems out then ill get a tethering sim from someone else for when i need it or buy a myfi which completely defies the point of having a phone that tethers. i think o2 needs to get there act together WE DONT NEED CHEAP TICKETS OR REWARDS WE NEED A SERVICE PROVIDER WHO KNOWS HOW TO PROVIDE A SERVICE! P.S. i think its good that o2 has this option its up to the customer to buy it or not that is not the point i am trying to make in this post xXx
