Solved: iPhone 6 sim won't activate

I can't get my iPhone 6 to activate.
Can use on wifi but no service.
Old phone still has the network.
Help!

Hi @Anonymous Welcome to the forum.

It looks as if you need to swap your sim. http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/

If your old phone is still registered on the network then that's probably the reason the new one isn't working...

Put sim in off old phone?
If the wrong size do the sim swap as above or call into a local store for them to do it for you.
