Delayed reply but Apple were really good - told them the issues I was having with Iphone and the treatment I had received by O2 staff in local shop and they said that it did seem to be a network issue rather than the phone but as I had made a 90 mile trip and as a goodwill gesture they provided me with a new phone so it could be ruled out it was that at fault! Needless to say it was not the phone but the network and when I telephoned O2 customer services the next day they said they had been having problems with local mast and had received a lot of calls! Told them about the chap in the shop but they didn't appear to interested! I got a new phone but in reality there was nothing wrong with one I had and could have saved myself a journey that I didn't particular want to make on a hot sunny Sunday!

From what I remember I think it was in a plain white box but I have slept and had some wine since then! lol Still having network issues and will definitely be putting a complaint in to O2! When contract renewal comes up think I may be looking elsewhere! Thanks for all your help! 🙂
