how do i block all premium rate numbers

You can speak to O2 via http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus and they will apply what they can.
If any number shows up in these types of calls and texts to your phone and your phone has a barring facility in its settings then you can add them to it to stop calls from that particular number.m
Same with Outgoing calls if you have this facility again in your phone.

from my experience O2 doesn't want to block these third party calls since they act as their pimps. Vodafone can block them as I have found out on my other line. I am voting with my feet and goodbye O2!

I never have these premuim rate text messages but now I do not get the calls I had before.
Seems o2 can block assess to my number by these premium rate callers.
It should work for messages too.
Just ask o2. If you have a problem ask for a supervisor.
